The forest officials have initiated actions to clear the farmlands cultivated by the villagers in Ittigehalli, Anaveri, and Gudumaghatta areas. In response to the villagers' request, a delegation met with the District Commissioner today and submitted a petition, urging them not to proceed with the eviction of the farmland.
