Hanumanthappa, a villager in Thattehalli, near Holehonur, visited his house, which was completely burnt due to an LPG cylinder explosion, and offered all possible help.

A relief cheque of Rs 15 lakh was distributed to Chandramma, the mother of the deceased, who lost her life in a leopard attack in Bikkonahalli village, Shimoga rural constituency.
